This opening ceremony is an invitation to soften - not just in the body, but in identity. Through KunYin® movement and Breathwork, she begins to shed layers of conditioning, roles, and expectations that no longer serve her.

Who did she become to feel accepted, loved, or safe?
What has she carried that was never hers to hold?

This is her first portal of truth — a return to self beneath the noise, the doing, and the performance.

Through guided breathwork and meditation, she reconnects with her essence and begins to see the beauty, truth, and creative energy that live within her.

She explores:

• What beauty am I here to bring into the world?

• What strengths live in my softness?

• What do I desire to express, create, or embody in the year ahead?

From that clarity, she creates a floral framed vision board — tangible art to reflect who she is and what she’s ready to grow into.

Through Sonic Neural Breathwork she releases all that no longer serves her, making room for her becoming.

She steps into the woman she’s been remembering — not by imagining her, but by embodying her. Every breath, every movement, every moment is a reclamation of truth.
