Theme: Your body has been speaking. It’s time to listen.
She doesn’t need more advice. She needs to listen to her own body.
Through KunYin® movement, presence work, she learns to interpret the language of her sensations, posture, and emotions — a return to trust, intuition, and embodiment.
Through Sonic Neural Breathwork she releases all that no longer serves her, making room for her becoming.
