My name is Nicole and I am native to the Bay Area.  I am a Certified Reiki Master and Breathwork Specialist. As part of my practice and philosophy, I strive to help people tap into their innate ability to heal themselves. I empower them to use their breath and their minds to restore themselves physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

In addition to Reiki, I also offer art instruction, guiding individuals and groups through artistic expression. I have personally found profound healing through Reiki, breathwork, and creative endeavors, and I am passionate about sharing these Soul Medicine practices with others.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Jose State University and I am pursuing my Master's in Psychology from Saybrook University.  I am in constant pursuit of growth so that I can continue to support others in their journey's of self discovery. If you are in need of a compassionate Reiki Therapist/ Breathwork Specialist,  or art instructor please don’t hesitate to reach out to find out how I can help.

About My Art

Lotus

Lotus is a wall mural I painted for Momentum for Health's East Side Outpatient Program-a space designed for meditation, yoga, art, and community.  The lotus was chosen as the centerpiece because of its powerful symbolism: growing through the mud, rising through the water, and blossoming into the light.  A reflection of the healing journey so many of us walk.  Our communities need spaces like this— where creativity, movement, and connection can support transformation.
Grateful to have painted this alongside my daughter, making it even more meaningful.  May this mural serve as a reminder that no matter where you are in your journey, you are growing. You are rising. You are blossoming

Shamana (48in x 36in acrylic on canvas)

For decades, entheogens have been a guiding force in my spiritual journey.  They've deepened my connection to myself, nature, and others, unraveling layers of conditioning and revealing the sacred interconnectedness of all life.
My painting Shamana reflects my connection with the Divine through nature., influenced by Catholicism, expanded through meditation, and bridged by insights into the cycles of life and death. The woman depicted is a powerful ayahuascera from the Sacred Valley in Peru. She comes from a long linkage of knowledge keepers of plant medicine. She inspired this vision of a plant sprouting from a seedling into a wise oak tree. It symbolizes the wisdom that comes through lived experience.
The plants and animals have gold accents symbolizing unity, vitality, and the divine threads weaving us all together.
