Nicole and her daughter Lily guide this retreat together as a mother–daughter team rooted in breath, presence, and embodied practice.

Nicole is the founder of Soul Medicine and her work weaves psychology, mindfulness, and lived wisdom to create spaces where deep rest and transformation can unfold.

Lily supports the retreat through gentle yoga, offering a calm, intuitive presence that helps participants feel safe, supported, and at home in their bodies.

Together, they hold a nurturing container grounded in trust, connection, and intentional healing.

Transformational Breathwork

A guided breath practice designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection to your inner landscape.

Grounding & Restorative Yoga

Gentle, supportive movement that helps the body relax, restore, and feel safe, creating space for rest and renewal.

Creative reflection & Integration

Intentional sharing and creative practices to help you process, integrate, and give voice to your experience in a supportive intimate container.

Guest Room $1,011 (Double or triple occupancy):

$456 (Accommodation & food) + $555 (program fee)

Hotel-style rooms (without phones or TVs) with twin beds in each.

Participants will stay in shared rooms with shared bathrooms, nurturing connection while honoring comfort and rest.

Tent or Car Camping $811:

$256 (Accommodation & food) + $555 (program fee)

Guests may bring their own tents for use on developed campsites located amongst oak and madrone forest. All sites have access to enclosed showers and outhouses; some to a separate bathhouse with private flush toilets and shower rooms.
