My name is Nicole, a native of the Bay Area, a Certified Reiki Master, Breathwork Specialist, and Art Instructor. ​I have experienced immense healing through Reiki, breathwork, and creative expression. I am passionate about sharing these Soul Medicine practices with others.

Reiki is a gentle yet profound practice that balances your energy, reduces stress, and promotes deep relaxation. I provide personalized Reiki sessions for chakra balancing, protection, self-love, and cord-cutting.

Breathwork is conscious breathing to support physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. I offer transformative breathwork sessions, at times blending breathwork with Reiki.  I share a range of techniques, from calming practices that soothe anxiety to potent Sonic Neural Breathwork designed to release stored trauma and reconnect you with your body’s wisdom.

I also offer guided art instruction for groups, and individuals leading unique workshops painting canvases, wine bottles, and canvas bags or creating vision boards. I provide a supportive environment for self-expression and exploration.

I continue to grow, so that I may best support others in their journeys. I have a BA in Psychology from San Jose State University, and I am a student at Saybrook University pursuing my MA in Psychology (Consciousness, Spirituality and Integrative Health Studies.)
