We invite you to unwind and reconnect in the heart of nature with a free community session at St. James Park on Thursday, August 6th, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., hosted by Your Soul Medicine and Sun of Self. Led by Certified Reiki Master and Breathwork Specialist Nicole, you’ll be gently guided through meditation and breathwork to access your innate healing potential. Followed by a powerful sound healing journey led by Val Quezada, founder of Sun of Self, whose transformative offerings are rooted in resilience, self-love, and sacred connection.
