Divine Feminine Retreat | December 1–8
By registering for and/or participating in the Divine Feminine Retreat taking place December 1–8, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration & Payment
Your retreat registration is confirmed once payment has been received. By submitting payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All retreat fees, deposits, and payment plans are subject to the terms presented at the time of booking. Any payment plan is a commitment to pay the full retreat balance by the agreed-upon due date.
Your retreat space is personal and may not be transferred to another person without prior written approval.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because retreat accommodations, venues, transportation, meals, and other arrangements are booked in advance, payments may be non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your participation, please contact us as soon as possible. Any refund, credit, or transfer will be determined according to the cancellation policy provided at the time of registration.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, illness, emergencies, and unexpected travel expenses.
3. Travel & Personal Expenses
Unless specifically stated in your retreat package, participants are responsible for their own:

Flights and airfare

Passport, visa, and travel documentation

Travel insurance

Personal purchases and expenses

Additional excursions or activities not included in the retreat package

Any costs resulting from delayed or cancelled travel
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary travel documents and meet the entry requirements for the retreat destination.
4. Retreat Experience & Activities
The Divine Feminine Retreat may include meditation, breathwork, movement, yoga, embodiment practices, ceremonies, spiritual practices, workshops, excursions, and other wellness or personal-development experiences.
Participation in all activities is voluntary. You are responsible for honoring your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual boundaries and for communicating any concerns or limitations to the retreat facilitators.
The retreat is intended for personal growth, connection, reflection, and wellness. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional healthcare or treatment.
5. Health & Wellness
You are responsible for determining whether participation in the retreat and its activities is appropriate for you.
Please disclose any relevant allergies, dietary requirements, physical limitations, injuries, or other considerations that may affect your participation before the retreat.
If you have a medical or mental-health condition, are taking medication, are pregnant, or have any other concern about participating in retreat activities, please consult with an appropriate healthcare professional before attending.
6. Assumption of Risk
By participating in the retreat, you voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with travel, physical activity, wellness practices, excursions, outdoor activities, and participation in group experiences.
You agree to take reasonable responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing throughout the retreat.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the retreat organizers, facilitators, contractors, and affiliated parties are not responsible for injuries, illness, loss, theft, damage, delays, or expenses arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control or from your participation in retreat activities.
7. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Participants are expected to treat fellow guests, facilitators, staff, local communities, and retreat partners with kindness and respect.
Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, violence, abuse, or behavior that significantly disrupts the retreat experience will not be tolerated.
The retreat organizers reserve the right to ask a participant to leave the retreat if their behavior presents a safety concern or materially interferes with the experience of others. No refund will be provided in such circumstances, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Accommodation & Retreat Arrangements
Room assignments, schedules, meals, activities, facilitators, transportation, and other retreat details may be subject to change when reasonably necessary.
We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions or adjustments to the retreat itinerary while maintaining the overall intention and quality of the experience.
9. Photography & Media
Photography, video, or other media may be captured during the retreat for promotional, educational, or social-media purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in retreat photography or media, please notify the retreat organizers in writing before or upon arrival.
10. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations when caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, political unrest, transportation disruptions, pandemics, epidemics, venue closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If circumstances require the retreat to be postponed, relocated, modified, or cancelled, we will communicate available options as soon as reasonably possible.
11. Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that your retreat experience is ultimately your own responsibility. You are encouraged to make choices that support your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing throughout the retreat.
The retreat organizers do not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, spiritual, financial, health, or transformational outcome.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the Divine Feminine Retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
